Just like the TMNT stuff the codes posted online literally don't matter. I was only able to find him by feeling for the pistol.
I like him, but the sand color parts ruin the suit look. I'm going to add black when I get home tonight. Especially to his helmet's mustache.
I don't like that the armor shoulder parts keep the head from pegging in all the way.
Also as I was cropping this picture I realised he's not too different looking from the cops in Batman Beyond so that's a plus.
