The heads of the girls from the innocentia set have no necks but the heads of the girls from most other sets do, meaning the innocentia torsoes are incompatible with most heads. You can still swap out hair and body parts, though. You just won't be able to stick Saber's face on a nearly naked body like you wish you could.
