>>9351269They do get reissued, just rarely or as an OCE release. Keep in mind that Shun or Ikki reissues are missing 1/3 of the original product (no broken Cloth parts), if you really want them you should hunt down the original 2012/2013 releases if you can find them on Mandarake or whatever.
>qualityAt one point those brackets that attach Shun's breast plate will snap. But unless you're removing it often, it'll be fine for the most part. I had to reglue that bracket on both of my Shun's broken/regular parts, which wasn't too bad.
Quality in general, it could be better considering the price of those things. Be wary of anything that attaches by a small hinge though, like shoulder pads. Never remove those parts often, they can break on you.
