If we're talking about a 5 POA figure like those 12 inch Marvel and DC figures that are inexpensive, sure, I'll open the boxes, put them away and forget about them to mess around with my toys and display them. Now if we're talking about vintage toys like a 1982 MOTU He-Man mint in card with an estimated value of $1,000.00 US dollars or more, yeah I'll keep that sucker carded, or if it's a toyline with low production numbers with the potential for a price increase to take place, I'll keep those boxed or carded as well, I like the feeling of having something valuable and highly sought after that many wish they had and they don't, it's a big ego trip for me.
