I also had a problem with the Guavian enforcer--it's kind of a bland design to begin with, and it doesn't look like it belongs in Star Wars to me. For some reason it strikes me as very...DC Universe looking. I could really easily see that guy fighting Batman.
Speaking of missed opportunities, I'm sad about Moroff and Edrio Two Tubes from Rogue One. Both are bit fucking characters, sure, but what great designs. I would have bought 1/12 figures of them in an instant.
