Think the chimera had 4 or 5 different figures, GoW3 had a decent line from Neca, and the Helghast had a handful of the standard soldiers and sniper figures made.
Rarest toy you'll find of the helghast is a small bag of killzone toy soldiers, half isa, half helghast. Was only given out to some reviewers and prizes and such.
