1. The little wings on the robot mode should be able to rotate around for the vehicle mode and be able to rotate up atleast 45 degrees
2. The nosecone piece on his back should be able to point up and the guns on it should be removable on 5mm pegs.
That's the bare minimum changes I think he'd need to be better, I'd rather he didn't have a fin and I wish that back bit was more blockey, but that's the least of it's issues.
