I'm able to fit the armor onto his arms by shoving the whole thing into his arms, but by themselves the pieces don't lock into the main part. I guess it's a part of the spring-loaded gimmick of the arm armor, where pressing a switch on the inner arm causes the armor pieces to blast off?
