yeah I'm not sure about the construction of the scoop, I might change that up. I want more serious cargo storage and the couple boxes on the front look kinda tacked on.
the way I built these is I started with a cockpit design I really wanted to use and made up the rest as I went along.
>>5506378Set-wise, a lot of my collection is star wars stuff I got as a kid, so I've got a lot of engines, wing parts, plates, and other good spaceship pieces. So largely I'd advise getting anything sci-fi and cannibalize those. There's also a Bricks and Minifigs store in my area that I hit up for random pieces when I have spare money.
