USPS, however, manhandled the fuck out of my package and it looks as though (from the box) they literally ran it over with something. I have kinda no idea what to do as this has never happened to me before.
They just dropped it in the "OOPS, WE FUCKED UP" plastic baggy and taped it up.
I will literally never find this figure for a reasonable price or find a deal like this ever again, and because USPS decided they wanted to be fucking retarded, it's actually completely wrecked.
In short, seller is a great dude, USPS is literally retarded.
