>>10501001>Rightoid mentality is vegans = libs.I'm vegan and most vegans I know (including myself) hate leftism.
>Also are fine with the millions of deaths of field mice and such getting caught in various industrial farming machines.Animals have ears. They run away. Plus far more crop harvesting is needed for meat production since the animals raised for meat need to eat crops, so even if you were correct, meat eaters would cause more field mice deaths.
>Ignore when their supplements come from animal products. There are vegan supplements but I don't take supplements.
>Preachy about their beliefs. So if innocents are suffering and dying, anyone who cares about them should just stand by and do nothing? Would you say the same if it was your family and friends being imprisoned and mudered?
>Basically unless you are growing your own food and remaining deficient in vitamin b complex,Growing one's own food is indeed preferable to buying food from a grocery store. Sadly no one in this society is perfect but we can and must always strive to reduce the harm that we do.
Vegan diets are nutritionally complete for humans. There is no need for any supplements. The b vitamin that people most often mention in relation to vegan diets is b12 which naturally occurs in soil (due to bacteria if I recall correctly), which humans historically got due to soil residue on their food, not due to eating animals. In modern society as we are better about cleanliness in regards to washing our food, many humans (vegan or omnivore) are deficient in b12. However many food products (including vegan foods and animal foods) are fortified with b12 to make up for this. If memory serves me, the b12 present in animal products is largely there because the grain fed to those animals is fortified with b12, just as some vegan foods eaten directly by humans are fortified with b12.
