Personally, Leader Scourge is one of the few ROTB figures I'm actually considering buying. Apart from the scrawny legs, I think he looks great. I'm stoked they actually did silver paint apps for all his little chains. He's got a lot of personality, and that's really what I'm looking for in my bots these days.
