Sorry for the poor lighting, but I was just so excited about this guy I had to snap a few shots.
Got in my FEXT Hobby armor parts and I absolutely love 'em so far. Installation was easy and all of the armor attaches snugly to the valk. The armor looks absolutely fantastic and the quality of the materials feels good in-hand.
>>7808090I've got Temjin (though I'm not exactly sure where I've stored him)! He's a good figure. The engineering is simple since he's an old figure, but he's got all the points of articulation you'd expect and the simplicity means that Temjin is fairly solid. His range of movement isn't the best, certainly not ANIME RD tier, but it's serviceable.
He does look very good since he's fully painted with a slight metallic finish to the blue parts and a pearlescent finish to the white spots. All the various lenses are done with translucent plastic too, which is a nice touch. He's been Katoki'd up though, so he's got decals all over. I don't hate that, but I would have preferred a clean, VOOM-accurate Temjin.
Accessory spread is solid too, with the expected beam rifle, bombs, and hands. You even get a beam effect to simulate Temjin's melee slice with his beam rifle. You also get the rifle from the Temjin variant (I think it was called the 1080 special).
Overall, I think he's worth picking up if you're a Virtual On fan. It's really the best option for a VOOM Temjin toy, as your only other option is the Sega Real Model, and while I love those toys (I've got Apharmd, Raiden, and Viper II somewhere) their articulation is pretty poor. Wouldn't spend more than the original MSRP for him, though.
