The other trooper could be... Idon't know, maybe an Air-Trooper so they can reuse another jetpack. Either that or an engineer.
As for the copilot... Maybe the Strato-Viper could work, since they're kind of generic air forces and I don't think they'll include the AVAC pilot; the Firebat is a small enough vehicle worthy of a general release with a very specialized pilot.
