>>8365152>>8365340I haven't watched the show yet, but I have read some of the comics, and I think this show could really have benefited from leaning into the absurd and campy like Doom Patrol did. I mean, just look at what an amazing job they did with Cliff alone. With that tone and aesthetic, they could easily have just put Spaceboy into a (practical) bulked up gorilla costume and called it a day.
