>>7984063 )
Exterior: Nicely Painted Pink and White. Missing a part of one of the roof railings. Some trim board was potentially loose, which was something to consider when thinking about buying it. Single working porch lamp. Coincidentally house was of the type that had a tower and is also the same model of dollhouse used in 'I-Spy Haunted Mansion' which made me cave in and get it.
Interior: 9 Rooms. Wallpaper, floor baseboards, carpeted, wooden floors, and plastic bathroom tile pattern in various rooms. Window curtains also present. Electrified with a nice variety of fixtures but only the first floor is functional. First floor staircase has also lost it's railings. In short, the interior felt more carefully done than the previous house I bought - even though it did not have doors for the inside - and I had been looking for a house to primarily display the interior of.
Came with a couple of ziplocs of various mostly broken furniture and dolls. Couldn't use most of it. But it did come with it's own plug in transformer too.
I like the interior of this house a lot. And it's displayed with it's back facing towards guests. House cost $125 before tax and was found at one of the nicer antiques stores in town.
