The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Animated Blitzwing and a few versions of Punch/Counterpunch.
I guess in a sense some combiners are also depicted that way, though in the IDW run that was explicitly depicted as a sign that the components weren’t meshing together an couldn’t form as coherent and effective of a unified mind.
