I was stuck in one position for days. Gout's better mostly in the left foot and in the right foot it' just in the big toe joint. It's huge but it's reducing.

I drink a good amount and when I take breaks to give the body a chance to recover I always get at leat gout and usually some other bizarre problem that puts m on the sidelines for a couple of days to a week.
