>>9775270>>9775313>>9775538>>9775692The engineering at Hasbro for the last decade has been digitally made in a program such as zbrush. They then manufacture a specific master molds for each part and piece of the figures and then each toy is mass produced. The assembly line of low-wage workers constantly gluing and assembling and even packaging are not in the same place the the molds are made and in some cases not even where they are cast. Random not knockoff figures on eBay are made from the actual master molds usually. Anything else from what goes and beyond is speculative, the only companies that show how the sausage is made is Super7, Neca, Funko, and Spin Masters which all do use the same factories that Hasbro, Matty and others use at least for the assembly part. As for the big two it's just speculation.
>>9775711We will certainly never know the whole story as the controversy of how the sausage thus in this case I say follow Occam Razor and the truth is that the brand atm is high risk, low reward. Movie bombed(likley the only reason Classified was even made), game was a stinker, and now with everyone's money tightening up you'll have fewer buyers for the next few years.
