>Here's how the pre-sale works: Our pre-sale period is generally 30 days. After these 30 days, merchants will report the total number of orders to us, and we will then place an order with the contract manufacturer. Once the manufacturer receives the order, they will start arranging production, which takes approximately 60 days. This is why it’s best to pre-order in the first batch. Even if we do a second production run, it will still take about 3 months. Additionally, there are other products in the production queue, with new products taking priority—repeated production runs of existing products will be scheduled much later. What’s more, our "Smart Series" will generally only be produced once at present.
