>>8298741There's some Barbies that don't smile with teeth. So, you could find one and pick whatever body, but Fashion Royalty (and other Integrity Dolls) has no smiles that I know of, but they have a barrier to entry if you're trying to do this for profit.
I buy a good amount of Etsy stuff for Barbies though, and there's not enough designers in my opinion. Things seem backordered. Lots of items are one size fits all for FR and Barbie though, if you get the sizes down.
