Classic is a theme by itself, which still has sets released for it, mostly consisting of basic and supplementary elements.
If you want Ice Planet, it's under the Ice Planet theme. Re-running themes like Pirates and Space Police have numbers after them to separate from their different incarnations. If you just want pirates sets in general you can find them all under the pirates tag.
Brickset is a better site for searching through themes and sets.
