I had an idea to get a big Asian elephant toy and convert it into a mûmakil diorama for LOTR figures, but I can't find any elephant toys that are big enough. The supposedly colossal elephant from the Jumanji line is only about 6" or so high (which makes sense because it's for a 3.75" line). I looked at lawn ornaments too but those are all made of polystone or metal, so they're ridiculously heavy and expensive on top of not being able to find any that had a particularly natural or fearsome look.
