Now to clarify, Toybiz released their original ML Thor back in 2002. The 80th anniversary Thor was released in 2019. That's a seventeen year difference between the two figures in OP's pic. And for further evidence, here's a picture of the 2006 Thor figure that Toybiz released in the notorious Giant Man wave.
While there's a sense of sculpt & joint refinement between the 02, 06, and 19 versions, there's not a drastic jump in quality in those 17 years. So let's look back in the past to see how ToyBiz in the 90's interpreted the god of thunder...
