I'd just want them for collection purposes, as the Digimon on there are pretty bad, but I'd also like to have the real deal if I'm going to bother at all. Some of the item reviews say "wow real, what a deal" while others say "working replica" in some way, so that's not very helpful, and from the discussion above it doesn't seem like there's really way to know for sure, especially if you don't have the item in hand.
I would assume for the 2-packs they're all safe, since they're packaged together, and not in these little baggies.
