Never mind, I found it again and I was wrong on two counts. It's the Jumbo Grade Zeta, it comes preassembled, and it does apparently transform (though I'm guessing it's partsforming, as I've heard it's quite a simple figure). Look at how majestic it is though, I kinda still want it even though the aftermarket price isn't even close to worth it.
