The number 2 and 3 companies CAN NOT be a duopoly, because they're number 2 and 3. Not even dominant, especially when NEITHER works together to squash out competition. They are hardcore strict competitors AND both were in competition with LEGO, where both companies tried really hard to get into the building brick market, with failing results.

Again, Hasbro doesnt even have a monopoly on action figures, muchless army action figures. Mattel lost its top license because it couldn't sell its cheapass DC figures. Hasbro's Star wars figures have been such shit sellers stores need to put that shit on clearance and STILL not sell that shit out. Whereas Jazwares, like the 12th biggest toy company in the US, under fucking Mcfarlane Toys, can't make these toys fast enough, despite basically getting their own aisle.
The very fact these figures are found in every single toy store, game store, and in many non-toy stores shows there is no monopoly of any kind, because a monopoly and duopoly would prevent this shit from ever being brought to market in most stores, muchless becoming the top selling toyline. There isn't even price fixing, where they try to shut out other competitors that way, since companies like McFarlane could go much cheaper while still providing higher end features
