>>8986879>explicit spotlightIt was nice to catch a spotlight episode of a particular bot, sometimes endearing you to them particularly. Golden Lagoon's one of my sad faves. I know Powerglide and Blaster were memorable and likable enough even apart from his episode, though.

Wish season 1 was longer and they got neat episodes sort of giving them better airtime, so to speak. Can't imagine why a kid would go for Skywarp or Thundercracker beyond their bios/powers or favourite colour. Even the comics, having even more toys to sell, couldn't always give folks much spotlight, but some at least got neat self-intro infodumps.
