I don't have it yet, but that's where I intend to put mine.
Currently, mine goes Detective office, Pet Shop, Custom little office building, and Parisian Restaurant, then probably the Cinema(Which I own but haven't built.)
And I agree with the Restaurant not fitting all that well.
That stairway gap is gonna sorta disrupt the flow of the buildings, won't it?
