Hey dudes. I bought a Sonic nendo bootleg on ebay a few weeks ago and I want to customize the little bastard. My goal is to make him look something like the classic Sonics to the right. I'm however new to painting and /toy/ in general. Can anyone guide me towards how I should do this? I'm a bit concerned with the toxicity of materials as well.
Here's a list with what I intend on doing.
1. Paint him to match the colors of Classic sonic.
2. Hide the lines on his scalp, they look tacky.
3. Fix his standing pose somehow, his shoes are off balance most of the time.
4. Remove his gold shoe buckles. (Will sanding work?)
