And the fucking guy blew up the starkiller base and the big ass ship. so his loyalty is unquestionable (some say that Holdo was withholding information because spy), his skills are genuine and a fucking hero to the resistance.
Leia demoted him is just fucking pettiness and Holdo being a complete ass to him is just a fukcing shitshow all around and just to move the plot forward to show "WE WOMEN ARE RIGHT"
