He's a pretty sexy figure, but I'm not sure if I'd say he's worth 10-12k. It's all up to you if you really want that form, otherwise just stick with Nexus Junis Red/Blue. If it's the mold you want, Dark Zagi doesn't go for as much and I actually prefer him over Noa, but he's still on the pricey side.
Dude's a pretty barebones release, especially since he comes with these shoulder aura effects that no body really touches because of how lame they are (I don't even know what they're supposed to be.) You also have an issue of having a gappy torso like pic related, but it's what gives him really great movement + it's not really a problem if your posing isn't complete garbage.
But if you do decide to get him, I strongly recommend keeping him on a stand on all times. His Aegis isn't particularly fragile or anything, but I can imagine them possibly cracking/snapping off their pinned hinges if he accidentally takes a tumble off a table and onto his back or something.
