If you look closely at the photos, they are separate photos and show miniscule angle/reflection/focus changes because of minute motions from holding two objects in both hands without any support to keep them still.
Why do they think i shooped it? Because a couple of dots are different colors than the other dots when using that filter to see if something is shooped or not.
Of course, since they have no idea how that filter works, they don't realize that dots are going to be different colors shooped or not.
Again, it's funny that they think the figure in hand is uglier than the carefully taken advertising images shown.
