Aside from the wing accessories (which he may have had at some point in the comics, I honestly don't read enough Iron Man to tell you) there's basically nothing taken from the movie design. To say it's even *inspired* by the MCU is obviously a massive fallacy.
If they wanted to do another MCU suit, they would have. This one, like the rest of the line, is 100% comic based.
