This might be just my opinion, but the whole aesthetic of vaporwave in Paradisa (and other old lego sets like picrelated) comes from the product itself, this sentiment that those guys are living the peak consumerist life, the fucking 80's to 90's American dream. It's more than just following rules of the aesthetic, but rather the overall vibe of the sets, their design, the box art... Paradisa has the coloi palette too and that's what makes it perfect.
