I personally kept Winry's gloved hands on mine so that April could swap out and use the open, closed, and grabbing hands. The April pipe accessory is a looser fit with the Winry hands, but the Winry toy comes with two wrench accessories to make up for it.
I'm not any good with "customs", I can't sculpt or paint, but the headswap was simple enough and that's really all you need to do.
