>>10772819That specific helmet in that pic was made officially by JoyToy, but GW blocked their sale outside of China. A few companies made them available internationally, but only by jumping through hoops like spending a lot of money in their shop to get one.
If you can paint, there are plenty of 3D printed Mk.VII helms on Etsy, and they're very nice.
The Mk.VII embargo is apparently over though. Guilliman and Azrael have modified Mk.VII helms, and they will soon be releasing this Vanguard Veteran with Mk.VII helm. I assume more will be coming in the future, especially as they move into firstborns more. Mk.VII armor was invented toward the end of the Horus Heresy, so there is a decent chance we will get some in the 30k line. But if they are sticking to canon, it should only be used for Blood Angels, White Scars, and Imperial Fists.
