I spent some time for getting the best Dr.X figure and my variant is better.
the 3 is also good but not as 1 because 1 has many cool features and better sculpt. (also 3 has a dumb action feature - chest opens and reveals holes with guns)
Here is a close up - this face is damn brilliant
it made of RUBBER. and the whole figure feels like a good quality chunky figure from Street Sharks era when toys had rubber parts and hard plastic and were heavy.
The rubber head is a good quality material - i bought this toy used and the whole face is not damaged
