I've started trying to tighten up floppular max Mirage's joints today and his fucking hip joints have got to have the dumbest/weirdest system for creating friction.
It's basically designed kind of like a ratchet joint system, only the leg parts have smooth wheels without teeth, and instead of a ratchet pawl in the hips there's these little rubber inserts that are meant to rub against the leg wheels to make friction.
It really doesn't work at all but it's sure as fuck weird. Also jesus his hip assembly has a lot of pieces.
