If they've run out of ammo and you somehow haven't killed the target, it's time to ditch them and run. So yes, even using them as suicide bombers would be giving them some use compared to having them stapled to your body and weighing you down.

You've already abandoned realism by equipping her with more than one, maybe two guns that size, and with two I'd expect some serious bracing.
The size and quantity of those guns is also what's keeping you from having room to arrange or add more weapons on it. With smaller guns, you could mount them on her arms or over her shoulders, but those guns are too big for her arms and could only fit two over her shoulders at best. If you want more room for other weapons, you either need to downsize the weapons you already have or add more non-weapon parts to add space. That could be separate drones to hold the guns, it could be a giant supporting frame like a GN Arms-type deal, but you've used up all the room you have on Gourai's main body and more besides.
