One major repeats the rumors spreading among his troops in Hispania IX (some of whom were directly involved in the infamous Green-on-Green incident) of traitors, enemy infiltrators and even poor quality or sabotaged munitions. Another interjects, arguing it must be some weird Grey superweapon preparing the way for a fresh invasion. A third argues that radiation from the Grey nuke sites and overall low morale after the end of that terrible conflict is to blame.
The General listens patiently for a few minutes before calling everyone back to order. He informs the group they will be hearing some very interesting information from an eyewitness to one of the incidents...
