Here's the load-out for the first kit, the greyed out parts (legs and torso-frame) are the shared bits preventing you from making both girls at once. It's basically a light armor equivalent but with some nude option parts thrown in and a spare head. Also, six pad printed faces plus a decal sheet. The hands and limbs are FAG compatible, and the pegs are MSG standard 3mm. The gear will probably be on runners like a model kit still.
