Soundwave is an intimidating Decepticon because of his skills rather than size, he would have worked far better as a Voyager or even - shocker - a Deluxe, rather than a cheap-looking clumsy Leader that towers over tanks and jets and sticks like a glorified Fisher Price toy amongst all the other far more intricate CHUGs. What a waste of an otherwise solid design.
