-2-3 new heads
-a shield and sword that can both split and become bug wings(skinny like mosquito wings for the sword, beetle like for the shield)
-open mushi hands, alternate nemesis feet
-new movement parts, like an alternate spikey axis joints(like those little candies wit
-new hands for titan mushi
-organic pilot seat for mini mushi ala cen5
I know everything costs big money but even a couple of these would go a long way to lengthening the life of these figures imo. I think Onell and Toypizza have shown that the way forward is with consistent mold updates. It might have greater costs over time but you should be able to keep numbers and interest higher as well.
