I get that it's because most of the molds are outdated/destroyed and the change in plastic colors in the mid-2000s, but even if it was just one set a year I'd love to see some classic 80s/90s town or space sets get a rerelease. Reimaginings are cool and all, but there's a charm to the originals too.
