For US people it's a totally affordable and good way to do exclusives, much moreso than shit like Target or Walgreens, but for anyone overseas you're fucked. It all ships from the US and they do their own currency adjustments so you need to pay the exchange rate that they set plus exorbitant shipping plus fucking duty on top of it. Fuck Pulse.
