I used to collect Dragonball toys. I collected them since I was 18 years old. My first adult toy was an SBC trunks I bought off a new fangled thing called ebay using a device called web tv. If you dont know what any of that is that's fine you don't need to.
I collected them for about 10 years I had thousands of dollars worth and a massive collection. And I grew tired of it. Tired of having a collection, tired of collecting. So I sold off my collection and what I couldn't I gave to my kids. I didn't collect for 10 years.
Then I went to TRU and seen a xenomorph and I loved it immediately snatched it up and bought it. I was so impressed with it I went back and bought the other 2. You can see them here with the only thing I kept from my DB collection.
I collected Neca aliens toys for a few years and soon the getting tired thing was happening. But i learned my lesson this time instead of getting rid of them I boxed them up and stopped collecting the line. I knew this time I would want them later and enjoy them again. I had put time and effort and love into that collection I didnt want to throw that away this time.
Then I discovered the joy of japanese imports and have been buying cute anime girls I like from various lines.
So the point is this, if you are tired of collecting for what ever reason. Box them up and take a break. However long you need to till you get the bug again. then you will appreciate all your old toys. If you get rid of them you'll be sorry eventually and wish you had hadn't.
