>>6617576>>6621495For the category of articulated, human proportioned figures with non-fabric clothes I'd have to say the Figuarts is my favorite, kinda against my will. I'm definitely not a fan of the anime face, but the figure is very good at what it does, it's really nice and very playable. There's not much to say about it; it's very well done and it works very well. Really, really nice.
The Storm one, on the other hand, my first impressions about it are of a bit of a disappointment. It has design issues on her face as discussed before release, and I'm not sure I like her proportions. The transition from hips to waist looks particularly forced with how wide the hips are, and on top of that her crotch/hip piece is asimmetrical, protruding more on her right side than it does on her left (the piece has a hole at the top for the internal structure to go through, and this hole is a few milimeters off-center pushing the piece to the right; after noticing it on mine I looked at some reviews and the problem is visible there too). I also miss a silky finish on the dress, as it is very matte just like the game. It's a figure that I'd want to like above all others, being high quality in many aspects, very poseable and so close to the game look, but it just falls short, feeling a bit clumsy and soulless.
High Dream's CvS2 Chun has a lot of character, just like the rest of their CvS2 line. There's something very right about its proportions that makes it look much more imposing and pleasing in person than what any picture I've seen of it conveys. The gold paint looks smudgy, but that's something I can overlook. The lack of back-forward ankle articulation kills much of the poseability, though, limiting the figure to side kicks, a few odd poses that don't require ankle articulation or just standing there looking tough.
