Scourge is up there with the most consistent alt mode performances in the franchise.
You hear the name and you know you're a blue wedge with a gun on top.
The only real difference between this Scourge and others is that rather than having his head poke out the top of the space ship, this Scourge's head sits inside a cockpit.
Because his head is also a little man.
Other than that there isn't much to say. No landing gear or nothing.
