Saw it on sale on Aliexpress, figured it might be a good dust solution for the workbench.
Didn't expect the box to be quite *that* large.
In the box: fan with a filter installed, power supply with various switchable plugs, dust brush, velour pad of some sort, sheet of stickers and an instruction leaflet. No spare filters included.
The fan is controlled by 2 touch areas in the middle, the funny part is that the function of the areas is printed on a removable sticker, if you peel it off there will be no indication where the areas are whatsoever. Controlling the fan using those areas takes a bit of getting used to, I wish they were just normal buttons. You can also control the thing with an app on your phone (personally I don't want my fucking phone on my workbench).
The whole LED lighting effect is a bit annoying. I thought it was kinda silly how much text the instruction has about configuring it.
The suction is pretty good. Not spraybooth tier good, but enough to suck away airborne dust. The noise is okay even at the highest suction level. I was disappointed by the lack of airflow stats on DSPIAE website so I took my own measurements, came to about 330cfm at the highest level.
I think it should be safe enough to sand and dremel resin etc with that thing on in front of you, but I would still wear mask just in case.
